Six Streets and World War One

Six Streets History have been exploring the impact that war had on our neighbourhood as part of a project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.

As well as researching the stories of the men who went away to fight we explored the effect the war had on families at home and the local community

Our History guide is the final part of our HLF funded project and was delivered to all households in the Six Streets in JUne 2016.
